ASA Already Looking for Replacement for Censky
USAgNet - 10/11/2017
The American Soybean Association has officially opened its search for its next CEO after Steve Censky was sworn in on Tuesday as the new Deputy Agriculture Secretary at USDA.
"ASA has been a constant voice for soybean farmers, and as we approach our centennial, we will need a steady, assertive and visionary hand at the helm of our association," said ASA President Ron Moore. "We have put a national search framework in place
to search for the most qualified candidates from both inside and outside the industry, and we will begin reviewing materials from those candidates immediately."
ASA has retained Hedlin Ag Enterprises to receive resumes from interested candidates and lead the ASA Search Committee through the search and interview process.
Censky officially departed ASA Oct. 10 after 23 years with the soybean group.
