Registration is now open for the 10th annual Estate & Succession Planning for the Family Farm workshop, organized by the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation (INAgLaw). The webcast-based program is free of charge and welcomes family farmers and attorneys to participate on Thursday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
Mark Thornburg, INFB's Executive Director of Legal Affairs, emphasized the importance of families working together to create succession plans before they become necessary. Thornburg emphasized that the session topics provide practical information on estate planning tools and highlight current developments in the field. Additionally, the program places special emphasis on facilitating communication and understanding family dynamics.
