This dedicated division, located in Warren, Indiana (formerly known as Alliance Group Technologies), received the esteemed ISO 9001:2015 certification from National Quality Assurance (NQA) in August 2023.
This strategic move signifies Ag Express's strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and efficiency in meeting customer needs. The division primarily focuses on wire harness manufacturing, electronics assembly, and printed circuit board production.
Eric Randolph, the Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the company's dedication to providing top-notch manufacturing services compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards. While currently concentrating on wire harness manufacturing and box builds, the division aims to expand its services to include repair solutions and printed circuit board manufacturing within the ISO 9001:2015 framework.
Having a solid background of over 30 years in crafting harnesses exclusively made in the USA for the agricultural sector, Ag Express is now gearing up to extend its services to a broader market, including larger Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ISO 9001:2015 certification enables the company to engage seamlessly in prototyping and large-scale production while adhering to globally recognized quality management standards.
Jim Steinke, Chief Growth Officer, highlighted the significance of this expansion beyond agriculture, indicating the potential to serve industries like construction, public works, forestry, and more. The certification symbolizes Ag Express's commitment to superior manufacturing practices and excellence ingrained in its corporate culture.
ISO 9001:2015, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), sets the benchmark for quality management systems globally. The certification, facilitated by NQA, a leading certification body, ensures customer satisfaction and effective organizational management.
