Tech Detox for a Balanced Life

Tech Detox for a Balanced Life

By Andi Anderson

Recreation and Wellness is hosting a workshop designed to help you build healthier tech habits, manage digital clutter, and achieve a better balance in your daily life. This interactive session will provide valuable insights into how technology impacts well-being and offer practical strategies to create a more mindful digital experience.

Attendees will learn ways to reduce screen time, establish boundaries with devices, and integrate technology into their lives in a way that supports both productivity and mental wellness. Whether you're looking to declutter your digital space or gain control over tech distractions, this workshop will equip you with useful tools to make meaningful changes.

The event will take place on February 5, 2025, from 12 PM to 1 PM at Pfendler Hall, Room 241. Participants will also enjoy a complimentary lunch during the session.

This workshop is organized by the College of Agriculture’s Department of Forestry & Natural Resources. For more details, contact Zachary Brown at brow1688@purdue.edu.

Spots are limited, so be sure to RSVP in advance to secure your place. Join us to explore a healthier, more balanced approach to technology!
