Corn to Cocktail is an engaging hands-on class that showcases the versatility of Indiana’s top crop—corn. This unique experience explores how corn has shaped history and influenced the spirits we enjoy today.

Participants will learn basic bar skills, mix two historic cocktails, and hear fascinating, colorful stories behind each drink while enjoying their creations socially.

Each session focuses on a specific liquor, providing attendees with insights into its history and preparation. To make the experience memorable, participants take home a specially chosen cocktail glass reflecting the evening’s theme.

The program also features a themed photo lightbox, encouraging guests to share their cocktail creations on social media. This event is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and over.

March 27: Rye

April 24: Vodka

May 22: Bourbon

July 31: Gin

August 28: Assorted spirits (Simple Syrups, Garnishes, Bitters, Classics)

Time: All sessions run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
