Indiana Farm Bureau’s long-running state convention has a new name for 2025 – the Indiana Ag Gathering – but it will keep its familiar mission of celebrating and supporting Indiana agriculture. The event will take place December 12–13, 2025, at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana.
Organizers say the refreshed branding builds on more than a century of tradition while creating more opportunities for collaboration, networking, and celebrating the people behind the state’s farming industry.
Attendees can expect many of the same popular features from past conventions, including breakout sessions, keynote addresses, the Discussion Meet competition, annual meeting, awards presentations, and the AgELECT fundraising event.
The Indiana Grown vendor market will also return, expanded and enhanced to showcase even more locally produced goods and connect producers with attendees.
This year’s keynote lineup includes Damon West, bestselling author, keynote speaker, philanthropist, and college professor, who will present “The Power to Change is Inside You.” The event will also feature a special screening of the documentary World Without Cows, which examines the question, “Are we better off in a world without cows?” and explores the complexity surrounding the role of cattle in society.
With a new name, continued traditions, and fresh opportunities for connection, the 2025 Ag Gathering aims to energize and inspire Indiana’s agricultural community heading into the future.
