The College of Agriculture has officially opened its scholarship application for the 2026–2027 academic year. Students interested in receiving financial support are encouraged to complete the application before the February 1, 2026 deadline.
This opportunity includes both college-level scholarships and awards offered through individual departments, making it an important step for students seeking additional assistance.
All students must complete the application every year, even if they previously received a renewable scholarship. Unlike some awards, College of Agriculture scholarships are not automatically renewed.
Depending on the department, applicants may also need to complete an additional supplemental application.
Another important requirement is that the entire application must be completed in one sitting. Students are advised to review the preview of the application beforehand so they can prepare answers, essays, and information in advance. This preparation helps prevent mistakes and ensures the process goes smoothly.
After the application is submitted, students will receive a confirmation email from the scholarship office. If this message does not appear in their inbox, it means that their application was not recorded successfully. In such cases, students should contact the support team at the provided email address for assistance.
Along with college and departmental scholarships, students are encouraged to explore additional funding options from national, state, and private organizations.
Many of these opportunities are listed on the College of Agriculture scholarships website, which also provides detailed instructions and helpful resources for applicants.
The scholarship deadline is an all-day event on February 1, and students from all departments, including Forestry and Natural Resources, are welcome to apply. For questions or support, students may reach out to the College Scholarship Support contact listed on the website.
Applying early and being well-prepared can help students take full advantage of the many funding opportunities available through the College of Agriculture.
