A Conference Powering Innovation and Growth

The Innovate and Grow Conference is a multi day educational event designed to support learning, leadership, and personal growth for people involved in agriculture.

Organized by Indiana Farm Bureau, the conference brings together members and non members for networking, education, and inspiration in a professional and welcoming setting.

To protect personal information, Indiana Farm Bureau has introduced a new and secure registration process for all events. Members receive a personalized registration link by email, allowing quick and easy sign up.

Members who cannot find their email may still register by entering their membership identification number. Support is also available through online accounts or by contacting the organization directly.

Non members are welcome and can register through a separate registration option, ensuring the event is open to a wide audience.

Hotel accommodations are available at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing, where a block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants. This allows attendees to stay close to the event while enjoying convenient lodging and amenities.

A highlight of the conference is its keynote speakers, who bring diverse experiences and meaningful perspectives. One featured speaker is Mary Pat Sass, an agriculture advocate from Illinois.

With experience in agricultural technology and farm life, she uses storytelling and social media to connect farmers with consumers. Her message focuses on the importance of sharing authentic agricultural stories and encouraging confidence among young farmers and ag professionals.

Another keynote speaker is Dallas Clark, a former professional football player and community leader. After a successful sports career, he now leads a foundation that supports education, community improvement, and youth development. His work emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and giving back.
