The Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA), in partnership with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), announced the Indiana Pavilion for the 2025 Sweets and Snacks Expo.
This event, taking place from May 13–15, 2025, at the Indiana Convention Center, provides a platform for local snack and confectionery businesses to shine alongside other industry leaders.
The Indiana Pavilion spans 2,400 square feet and features various benefits for participating companies. These include a 25% discount on booth rentals, enhanced booth space packages, and branding throughout the pavilion.
Additional perks include networking opportunities through receptions hosted by ISDA and IEDC, a chance to feature products in the event's showcase, and inclusion in a dedicated advertisement in the Show Daily Magazine.
Exhibitors also gain access to an education series focused on trade show preparation and connections with state legislators and ISDA staff, offering invaluable resources for growing their businesses.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase Indiana agribusinesses on national and global stages,” said Don Lamb, ISDA director. “The Sweets and Snacks Expo brings innovative businesses together and offers new opportunities for our Hoosier snack and candy companies.”
The Sweets and Snacks Expo, hosted by the National Confectioners Association, is the largest U.S. trade show dedicated to candy and snacks. It attracts over 950 exhibitors and 16,000 attendees annually, making it a significant platform for businesses to network and grow.
Suppliers offering products like packaging, ingredients, and machinery are encouraged to join the Supplier Showcase, held on May 12–13, 2025, rather than exhibiting in the Indiana Pavilion.
“The IEDC is proud to support Indiana businesses and showcase their innovation,” said David Watkins, IEDC Senior Vice President.
Snack and confectionery companies interested in participating can contact ISDA International Trade Director, Drew Sherman, for more details.
